How do I change the base currency?

You can change your app base currency from the Settings screen in FinArt.

Is multi-currency supported?

FinArt supports multi-currency features. Availability may vary by plan. If you’re on the free plan, you can still change your app base currency from Settings.

How do I report a bug or request a feature?

Email support@finart.app with a short description and (if possible) steps to reproduce.

Does FinArt show ads?

No. FinArt is ad-free for everyone to keep the experience clean, private, and distraction-free.

Subscriptions

Restore Purchases

If your Premium access is not showing correctly, open the subscription screen in the app and use Restore Purchases.

Manage Subscription

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. You can manage or cancel your subscription from iOS Settings:

Billing and refunds

Billing and refunds follow Apple’s App Store policies. FinArt cannot directly issue refunds.

Sync & Backup

FinArt Cloud Sync

If sync is enabled, ensure you are signed in with the same Apple/Google account and have an active internet connection.

Private Mode

If Private Mode is enabled, cloud sync may be limited. You can review this setting from within the app.

Backups (iCloud / Google Drive)

If you use backups, confirm that you have granted the required permissions and that you have enough available storage in your drive.

Troubleshooting

The app is crashing or not opening

  • Update to the latest version of FinArt from the App Store.
  • Restart your device.
  • If the issue persists, email support with crash details.

Data is not syncing

  • Check your internet connection.
  • Make sure you are signed in.
  • Try restarting the app.

Premium features are not unlocked

  • Use Restore Purchases in the app.
  • Confirm you are using the same Apple ID that purchased the subscription.
